Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you made an error, contact us immediately so we can try to correct it before shipping.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
International Shipping
International delivery times vary by location. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
